Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought online between 5 November and 24 December 2020 can be returned up until 21 January 2021, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.

Free UK returns via Collect+ or Parcel Force

At Holland Cooper we want to ensure we have taken the hassle away from the returns process, as such we are thrilled to offer free UK returns via Collect+ or Parcel Force.  We also offer a full 28 day return or exchange policy if you aren't totally satisfied. 

If you are based outside of the UK you can also buy with confidence knowing that we maintain the same 28 exchange or return policy.

Whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived we offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is 'just not for you'. So you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned unworn with all swing tags and tags and in its original condition within our returns period. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations our returns period for a refund/exchange is to notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and returning and products within 28 days unless otherwise stated.

Collect +



  1. Login with your Returns Number (printed on your Returns Form enclosed within your parcel) and email address/phone number here.
  2. Select the item/items you wish to return
  3. Select your reason for returning
  4. Search for your nearest drop off point (Find your nearest drop off point here)
  5. Print out your returns label at home
  6. Drop off your return and track it here, please allow 3-4 working days for us to receive your items into our warehouse 

All UK Orders after 3pm on the 26th of June 2020, will now be via Collect +. If you have ordered before this date, please follow the returns process stated on you returns form.

Parcel Force



  1. Complete the returns form with the requested information and place in with the returning item(s).
  2. Seal the box using the reusable tab and attach the pre-paid returns label enclosed with order to front of the box, ensuring the return address is clearly shown.
  3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and they will do the rest.
  4. Please allow 3 - 4 working days for the item(s) to be received at our warehouse.

Faulty items

Wrong item

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.

In Store

Holland Cooper doesn’t offer refunds on goods purchased through any of its retail stores, either owned or franchised. We are pleased to offer an exchange or credit on any items purchased from any of the Holland Cooper retail stores, provided they are accompanied with a valid receipt or proof of purchase and returned within 14 days of said purchase, complete with original sales ticket and in their original condition, unworn, unmarked and with any and all original packaging.

This returns policy does not extend to headwear and any intimate apparel.

This returns policy doesn’t apply to sale or discounted items.

This policy does not affect your right to claim a refund or replacement against faulty or misdescribed goods. 

We are unfortunately unable to process exchanges or returns of online orders in store. For the exchange or return of online orders, please follow the process documented on the returns form enclosed with your order.


Please note that for any returns or exchanges the original tags and swing tickets must be attached to the garment, the garment unworn, and in the same condition for Holland Cooper to be able to process any refunds or exchanges. 

All Transaction

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. Further time may be required dependant on your bank or payment methods process time. 

Payment methods

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
