As we continue to grow as a brand, we are on the search for a proactive person to join the team in sale and customer services as we embark on our busiest period in the run up to Christmas. Please note, we are looking for someone to begin immediately, get stuck in and be part of a great team, so if you’re available to do so, please read on

Sales and customer services is at the heart of Holland Cooper. We take great pride in the quality of service that we offer to our customers, which mirrors that of our collections.
You will be the first person our clients speak to, whether they are new to the brand or expanding their collection, impressions are everything. At the same time, you will be hungry for a sales whilst providing top calibre concierge whether a new order is being placed or one is in motion, what maybe a bobble hat now, could be a cape later on.

The Role

  • Perform proactive phone sales support to the Head of Sales
  • Represent the brand at the highest of standards, oozing both passion and enthusiasm at all times.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with all sales enquiries in a polite and knowledgeable manner
  • Provide first class customer experience
  • Help to manage customer expectations in line with the HC brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Assist in building and implementing sales strategies and customer database
  • Master the full use of our stock management system
  • Help to input private appointments and build customer profiles

You have an intoxicating love for all things fashion, get excited by all the latest trends and embody a hunger to learn the in’s and outs of running a successful fashion house.

Self-motivated, highly organised and fearless when it comes to using your initiative, you have a scrutinizing eye for detail and not afraid of hard work.
Alongside a bubbly personality, you’ll have strong sales skills with experience in retail, preferably in the world of fashion and luxury.
You love a target and are consistent in wanting to exceed the figures using a proactive, dynamic and positive attitude.

Teamwork is important to you, getting on with those you work with and doing all you can to help support their day-to-day roles, you also love to take the bull by the horns and work independently when required.

Like us, you will love coming up with new and exciting ideas that will help to improve and develop the brand, and we are always up for hearing them.

A good communicator that is both polite and well turned out, you love meeting new people, get a real kick having just made a sale and thrive at making customers happy.

Working hours: 9-5.30pm, plus evenings and weekends when required.

Availability during the Christmas period is essential for this role.

Department: Ecommerce and Marketing

The position of eCommerce and Marketing Intern for Holland Cooper will be responsible for supporting the building and implementing of the company’s social media and online content. Working under the Head of eCom and Marketing and with the eCom and Marketing Assistant; to develop brand awareness, support website development of the website to generate inbound traffic, consumer conversations and encouraging product adoption. This role co-ordinates with the internal teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an online community.

The Role

Ecommerce, Marketing and Social Media
Provide day-to-day customer support across social media platforms

Creation of social content across multiply platforms

Increase followers and curation of social media channels

Work with other departments to support delivery of campaigns, product activity and non- campaign activity.


Ensure regular proactive ideation to show that we are ‘open for business’ at all times and proactively delivering opportunities for brands to be brought to life via Social Media.

Working seamlessly alongside eCom and Marketing team, to maintain and update the website.

Assist the sales team in busy periods with phone sales enquiries in a polite and knowledgeable manner

Department: Office Administrator

Location Moreton in Marsh - HC HQ

We are looking for a reliable office administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organisational strength of our company. The office administrator will provide administrative support including data entry, support bookkeeping procedures and answer/respond to calls and emails.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision, have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.

Production Assistant
Location Moreton in Marsh - HC HQ

Working with the Production and Product manager the production assistant will work with suppliers and factories to ensure that all fabric and production deliverables are meant and organised in a timely and accurate manner.
