Free standard delivery for UK Account Holders when you spend over £99

* Please note that on select products the delivery may take up to 5 - 9 days. This will be stated on the individual products this affects.

If you have ordered one of our tailored tweed garments, we might be making this especially for you and ask that you refer to the terms and conditions of our 'British Made Tailoring' delivery section. For additional queries, please consult our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information. 

Please kindly note, ‘working day’ does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Saturday delivery is £13.95. Order before 7pm on Friday to receive your order the following day.  Should your order be placed after this deadline, please note, you will receive your order the following Saturday.

If you would like express delivery on your order, and you order after 8pm on Mondays through to Fridays, or at anytime on weekends (excluding UK bank holidays), you can choose Express Delivery at checkout and your order will be sent the following working day. We offer Next Day Delivery until 8pm on weekdays, when Express Delivery becomes the next available express option. The cost is £10.95. 

 *We would love to offer our Express Delivery service to all locations, however, we cannot guarantee certain UK postcodes such as those in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We are pleased to confirm that following the UK’s departure from the EU, we have been working hard to adapt our processes to enable us to continue offering European delivery going forward. You will now be able to continue to pay the price shown on our website with no additional costs incurred on arrival of your order. This enables you to order with confidence, knowing that your Holland Cooper item(s) will be delivered to you as normal.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
