A new and exciting opportunity has been created for a Client Relations Assistant to join the Holland Cooper Team and work in our luxury, high fashion Head Office based in Dowdeswell, Cheltenham. With a specific focus on returns and aftersales support, the new Client Relations Assistant will ensure the smooth handling of the customer journey post-delivery. Working across a variety of channels such as Live Chat, Email, Phone and Social Media, the right person will be responsible for promoting and upholding our high level of service at all times.
