At Holland Cooper we pride ourselves on offering all our customers world class customer service providing a returns service that is totally hassle free for you.

From receipt of goods, you have 14 days to decide if you would like to return orexchange your garment for another size, colour or product.  You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return. You must make Holland Cooper Clothing aware of your return either by phone or email within the 7 days, any returns after the initial 14 days will be at the discretion of Holland Cooper Clothing, unless governed by legislation. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our studio.

It can take up to seven working days for us to receive your return depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within seven working days to ensure you receive what you require as quickly as possible.

With all returns please include your completed returns form which must have your name, address, daytime contact number and reference number . Along with how you would like to proceed with your order.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

For an exchange there will be a surcharge of £4.95 to cover the cost of the postage. You will be contacted for this payment upon receipt of goods from your original order.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We regret that any garment made to a customer’s specifications may only be returned for alteration not refund.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact the Holland Cooper customer service team on 01473 657858 or via email.

Wrong item

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.

UK delivery costs

UK standard delivery is £6.95, please allow 14 working days.

Overseas delivery costs

Europe is £20.00, please allow 14 working days.

In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed via the Holland Cooper website are screened and security checked for fraud. Orders randomly selected for security screening cannot be processed until we hear back from you so it is in your interest to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need to confirm some details.

All checks are made for the security purposes and safe shopping of our customers and our aim is to be vigilant to protect them.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before despatch for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so. If we have already despatched your goods then please refer to our returns policy. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
