During the Christmas Period Return Policy
Our returns policy will extend to the 6th January for items bought prior to the 21st December. You will need to inform us by the 6th that you wish to return you item, and it will need to be back with us by the 14th. For items returned to us in a resalable condition after this date of purchase and before January 14th 2012, we will be pleased to offer a refund.
Faulty items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact the Holland Cooper customer service team on 01473 657858 or via email.
Wrong item
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.

This fabulous tweed jacket can be worn in five different ways to give five completely different looks.
The first with the tabs showing the brightly coloured 100% authentic suede.
The second reversing the tabs to show a matching tweed tab piped in the suede contrast colour.
The third removing the tabs altogether to reveal a plain but chic tweed panel framed with the beautiful Holland Cooper Gold buttons.
The fourth to fold the panel back on itself buttoning it down to sit flat to give a 'double breasted' affect, perfect when you would like to wear the jacket open.
The fifth to reverse the back panel strap to also show a tweed strap piped in the contrast suede.
