UK Delivery

All HC tweed garments are hand cut and hand made, for these items and all others ordered online please allow 14 working days from order for delivery. However at HC HQ we do hold certain items in stock, if you would like to see if your item can be delivered more quickly or next day please see Express Delivery or call the HC HQ on 01473 657858. UK delivery is a flat rate of £6.95.

European Delivery

International delivery is a flat rate of £20.

Worldwide Delivery

At HC HQ we can offer a Worldwide Delivery service. If your Country did not fall under European Delivery you will need to use this service at a cost of £40. Any Questions please call HC on 01473657858.

Returns - are easy - by post or courier

During the Christmas Period Return Policy

Our returns policy will extend to the 6th January for items bought prior to the 21st December. You will need to inform us by the 6th that you wish to return you item, and it will need to be back with us by the 14th. For items returned to us in a resalable condition after this date of purchase and before January 14th 2012, we will be pleased to offer a refund.

Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact the Holland Cooper customer service team on 01473 657858 or via email.

Wrong item

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
